                              MEDICAL ASSISTANT – Front & Back Office

This world class and growing private practice is looking for an experienced and career motivated Medical Assistant who will support a new office location with Front and Back office Medical Assisting.   This is a full time permanent position.

• Front / Back Office Medical Assistant for specialty Physician opening a new

   office location.   Must be self motivated, able to work independently.

• Located in the Ximed Building (5 &
Genesee) with the main office close to

   Alvarado Hospital.    Will work in both locations.

• Responsible for Front office, answering phones, patient check in/out                    

   scheduling appointments, authorizations, and other front office work

   to run a new satellite office for this growing practice.

 • Responsible for rooming patients, vitals, assisting Doctor with office                   

    visits, pulling up films (X-Rays) using on line system, ordering and scheduling

    tests as ordered by Doctor, keeping inventory of supplies.

• The rate of pay is $13.00 – 14.00hr. to start. Health insurance, dental & vision

   Insurance; paid holidays & vacation; 401K.

This position requires at least two years of recent work experience as Medical Assistant in a medical office or clinic setting. Please only apply if you have this experience.
