                                              MEDICAL ASSISTANT

This well established private practice is looking for an experienced and dedicated  Medical Assistant who will provide exclusive support to one Physician / Surgeon.   This is a full time permanent position.

•  Back Office Medical Assistant for senior General Surgeon. Must be self

    Motivated, experienced and able to work independently.

• Responsible for rooming patients, vitals, assisting Doctor with patient office                   

   visits; making sure all pre op testing is done and available for Doctor to review.

•  Responsible for all surgery scheduling and authorizations for the Physicians

    patients.

• The rate of pay is $14.00 – 16.00hr. to start. Health insurance,

   paid holidays & vacation; 401K.

• The practice offers a professional and supportive work environment with

This position requires at least two years of recent work experience as Medical Assistant in a medical office or clinic setting. Please only apply if you have this experience.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT BACK OFFICE – permanent part time 25-30 hrs/wk

Medical Assistant Back Office for a one Physician private practice.  Located in Clairmont.  Back Office responsibilities include rooming patients, taking vital signs, giving injections, EKG, treadmills and assisting the doctor with patient office visits.   The office is willing to provide some training.  May be a back up to the  Front Office on an as needed basis with responsibilities including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients.     Other duties may be assigned.

The position requires graduation from a Medical Assistant training program and at least one year of recent work experience as a Medical Assistant in a private practice or clinic setting.

This is a part time permanent position.   Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon hours and Friday morning hours.  
 

The rate of pay is $12.00 – 14.00.00 hr. to start.    Paid holidays, vacation and sick time. Health insurance available.
