• Clinical Research Assistant for a small private practice specializing in pharmaceutical clinical research studies.  

• Located in the Hillcrest area  (close to
  Mercy Hospital)

·        Responsible for hands on patient care: rooming patients, vital signs, EKG’s and other clinical tests; assisting the Research Coordinators with patient office visits.  May also assist with phones, screening calls, enrollment and regulatory data entry.    

·        The employer is willing to provide some on the job training.

·        Microsoft office skills required, Word and Excel.

·        Prefer some related work experience.

·        This is a full time permanent position.   Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Must be available to start at  7:00 am occasionally as needed.  An occasional weekend shift may be required.

The corporate office has recently converted from QuickBooks Pro to Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV).   Seeking an “in house” NAV Specialist to support implementation and use of custom designed MS NAV system.  Looking for a Microsoft Specialist with a strong working knowledge of MS software / excel and with ability to quickly learn NAV with some training provided to facilitate learning.   Responsibilities will include supporting and training staff as they learn to use the system and encounter problems / questions.  Develop and create custom form / reports.   Assist and advise management in developing effective and efficient best practices in using NAV. 

The rate of pay is negotiable from $30 – 60K depending on prior experience.  Health & dental insurance.  Paid holidays and vacation. 

Located in
San Diego.   Business office hours Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm.
