How to save a document / resume without encryption using Window

The windows Vista operating system will automatically save your documents with encryption.  So if you email your document / resume as an attachment the recipient will receive a document that is encrypted so it cannot be read. 

To save your document / resume in a format that is not encrypted follow the instructions below:

·        When you have finished working on your document click on the windows logo at the top left corner of your screen.

·        On the drop down menu go to “save document as”

·        select Word 91 – 2003 Document
