PART TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE  (28 hours per week)

 

This established and growing company sells a consumer product nationally by internet, mail order and specialty retail stores.  The office is located in Spring Valley.

 

This position handles returned merchandise, responsible for logging returns into the company data base and documenting the reason for the return, this could involve calling  the customer on the phone to check on the reason if it is not clear.  Requires skills and experience with MS Word and Excel, accurate key boarding as well as good verbal and written English language communication skills. 

 

This is a part time permanent position.  Monday through Friday business office hours. 

Monday and Tuesday 7 am to 4 pm.   Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10 am to 2 pm.

 

The starting pay rate is $10-12 hr.
